For many people, their biggest motivation for training is to lose weight. To lose weight, you can either reduce your calorie intake, or increase the amount of exercise you undertake. Or even do both at the same time.
However, many people don’t exercise in the most effective way when they want to lose weight. Hours on end spent running on the treadmill will soon become very tedious and won’t get you to your goal as quickly as you’d hope. That’s where I can help, by creating a programme filled with exercises and training techniques to help you on the right path, and without necessarily clocking up lots of miles!
