Being strong can make your life much easier.
Carrying groceries becomes much easier. Lifting and playing with your children isn’t a problem. Climbing the stairs can be a doddle. Add to this that strength training will strengthen your ligaments, tendons, your muscles and even your bones, you’ll be far less likely to suffer from injuries and thus maintain your independence for longer.
Strength training isn’t quite as simple as lifting a weight up and putting it back down again. By training with me I’ll teach you all the intricacies and techniques to help you get the most from your lifts.
