Monthly subscription prices:
A monthly subscription is the perfect option if you feel you need ongoing support and guidance. You can select the option of 1, 2 or 3 sessions with me each week, depending on what you feel you need. But generally the more sessions you have, the more likely you are to see results.
If you miss a session for any reason, I will endeavour to reschedule where possible (terms and conditions apply). Each package will be paid by a monthly direct debit which can be cancelled at any time. There is no contract.

Block prices:
If you prefer to have a little more freedom you can pay for sessions through one-off payments. Sessions are available as one-offs or blocks of 5 or 10. These sessions can be booked in for whenever you wish to use them – once a week, twice a week, fortnightly etc.
